Another The Voice Contestant Shot Dead

 

Alejandro 'Jano' Fuentes, a Mexican singer of The Voice died after being shot in an ambush after celebrating his 45th birthday with friends.He was shot in the head three times on Thursday when someone approached the car he was in, and ordered him to get out of the vehicle at gunpoint.

According to reports from The Chicago Tribune Fuentes refused and the gunman fired multiple shots, leaving him in critical condition as he was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital.

He was pronounced dead at the hospital at 2.07pm. The US newspaper added that police said on Saturday that no one was in custody over the attack.
